Biography

Tony Fox is a Project Manager within the Tri-State Project Management Group based in

Stamford, CT for CBRE. CBRE is the largest commercial real estate firm in the world and has countless resources from financing, construction, management, and brokering. Tony has a dynamic engineering and project management work history ranging from the medical manufacturing industry to submarine technology, and hydronic equipment manufacturing. Tony’s last several years of experience have been focused on

managing commercial construction with a proven track record of driving profits by

staying below project budget. He has experience in quality control of construction projects, strategic planning, contract negotiations, budget and schedule development, construction oversight, cost control,

and estimating projects. Tony has a unique understanding of business acumen coupled

with engineering principals that position him to diagnose issues, mitigate risk, and communicate effectively to the client and to vendors. His work experience includes ground-up, renovation, expansion and retrofit work within retail, healthcare, office, education, and government facilities. Tony is a detail-oriented project manager that leverages his resources and implements risk mitigative strategies to ensure all projects

Moreover, Tony utilizes his real estate experience to drive investment profits of his own. Tony can understand what makes a deal profitable, is able to confidently analyze a market, and provide knowledge to raise capital to complete a deal. He knows the real estate terms, how to speak with financers, and can receive private, off market deals through his network. Daily, deals are sent to him from numerous players within the Connecticut and Tri-State market. These include but are not limited to fix and flip homes, small multi-family, large multi-family, mixed use buildings, and triple net lease sites.

At the end of the day, Tony simple wants to share his knowledge and passion for real estate to create a sustainable, income recurring business model for investors. Developing consistent cash flow is his main goal, followed by asset appreciation. Essentially, Tony is an all-encompassing resource to organize investment capital, find the best form of financing, and establish a custom solution to meet the investor’s goals.

He currently has 8 units and seeks to gain an additional two properties to his personal portfolio each year.
